Finding a role for you
When we first speak with you we would find out what you are doing at the moment then proceed to establish what you are actually looking for in your career going forwards, our consultants are then able to match you with the correct role.
Feedback and interviews
When we send your CV to our clients we look to get feedback regarding your CV as soon as we can and we will inform you of the feedback from the client if it is a success i.e. an interview. Even if you are not successful, we will still inform you and look at where we would proceed from there, so we are in touch throughout the recruitment process.
An interview would normally be on the telephone initially and once you are successful a second interview will happen and this would usually be at our client’s headquarters.
Our consultants will advise you of the location of where to attend, what to expect at the interview and give you as much help as possible to ensure that you are successful in getting the job.
Working abroad
We also manage the process in terms of advice on what you need to think about when working abroad, things like whether you have to pay tax in country, visas and work permits we can point our candidates in the right direction with who to speak with.
